Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Great location just a short walk from old town. Helpful staff and loved touch of having free prosecco in the lobby. Terrace was nice to relax on as well!

We never saw any staff, nor did we need any staff. The room was great, the view was awesome Loved this place and would definitely recommend it. 2 grandkids, 9 and 13, sat up in the window cubbies and loved it

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff and excellent location to historic old town and Christmas markets. Three person room was small but comfortable. Used sauna and workout areas. Small but nice.
