"Absolutely LOVED our stay in Innsbruck! The staff was amazing. They organized an early morning taxi to the train station and packed us breakfast because we had to leave before the breakfast room opened. The packed so much food for us we snacked on it for 2 days! The hotel is beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was centrally located and easy to walk to everything. If I get back to Innsbruck I will definitely stay here again! "

"This hotel went above and beyond. The staff waited after hours for my party to arrive and then called to ensure I was still coming. When I told them I wouldn't be there till 4am they surprised me and said they could make arrangements so I could still stay. The location is beautiful and I will be staying again soon."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean and nicely updated. We spent a lot of time on our balcony watching hikers go by and marveling at the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although its outside of the city, there are several small towns near by. The area is very charming and there's plenty of hiking and biking right outside of your door. "

"Beautiful views and very nice hotel. The front staff wasn't that friendly and the breakfast you pay for is available way to late. Starting breakfast at 07:30 is way too late when you have business obligations. I wouldn't stay here again. "

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "
