Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Bad war ein wenig zu klein (will aber eh nicht dort wohnen daher nicht so wichtig). Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Fantastisk smukt sted, som vi godt kunne tænke os at komme til en anden gang på vandretur. Værelset var ikke så godt. Ikke super rent, toilettet kunne ikke trække ud hver gang, vandet i brusekabinen ville næsten ikke ud, ingen batteri i fjernbetjening til tv, og intet wifi eller meget dårlig netværk selvom de skrev gratis wifi - samt på vores reservation stod der gratis morgenmad, men dét mente hotellet ikke kunne passe. Men vi fik vist reservationen og fik så morgenmad gratis. Men en skøn oplevelse at være der, smuk smuk beliggenhed.

Tempo di relax e spiritualità

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni presso questa struttura con lo scopo di rilassarci facendo passeggiate tranquille e godendo di un bellissimo paesaggio. La sistemazione è perfetta per questo tipo di esperienza. Semplice, pulita, confortevole. Buonissima e abbondante colazione. Personale cortese e disponibile. L'unica pecca è che non c'è un buon segnale wifi soprattutto nelle camere ma per noi non è stato un grosso problema.

Zimmer einfach aber ok. Winzige, einfache Badezimmer-Kunststoff-Nasszellen. Frühstück in Ordnung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Lage direkt am Startpunkt einer langen Rodelabfahrt. Im Winter bei entsprechnder Wetterlage nur mit Schneeketten ereichbar. Auf der Internetseite fehtl der Hinweis, dass das Hotel nur auf einer steilen, nicht geräumten Straße zu erreichen ist.

Historisches Alpenkloster mit Panoramblick

Diese wunderschön gelegene Klosteranlage erreicht man über eine schmale, kurvige Mautstraße von Matrei aus. Als Hotelgast kostenlos. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wunderschöne, einsame, vollkommen ruhige Lage auf einem Gebirgssattel hoch über Mattrei. Überwältigender Panoramablick auf die Hochalpen. Ausgangspunkt für viele beliebte Wanderungen. Die Klosteranlage ist mehrere hundert Jahre alt. Man wohnt direkt im Kloster mit dicken Mauern und historischer Ausstattung mit viel Charme. Es gibt keine Rezeption, sondern der nette Oberkellner in der Gaststube macht auch Check-In/Check-Out. Die Zimmer sind einem Kloster entsprechend eher einfach ausgestattet, mit kleinen Nasszellen. Historische Gaststube mit köstlicher regionaler Küche und großer Sonnenterrasse. Minus: In meinem Zimmer gab es keinen WLAN-Empfang (aber auf dem Flur) und keine Seife. Die Nächtigungsgebühr Euro 1,50 wurde bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt und statt des gebuchten King Bettes hatte ich 2 Einzelbetten. Dass die Rechnung bereits bezahlt war, hat man nicht gewußt, aber mir geglaubt. Insgesamt grossartiges Erlebnis und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten

Posto molto bello, immerso nella natura. Si stacca completamente la spina dalla vita quotidiana. Gestione inadeguata da parte del cameriere...abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione per evitare di uscire nuovamente la sera ( dopo una giornata in moto). L'orario della cena 18/20...siamo arrivati alle 20.15...morale? Niente cena. Ok ritardo nostro, ma alla richiesta di avere un panino o qualcosa del genere, ci è stato risposto NO! La cucina è chiusa.Nessuna flessibilità... Non avendo alternative in zona ( l'albergo è in montagna, a circa 8 km dal centro), abbiamo digiunato. Manca possibilità di pagare con carta di credito, accettano solo contanti. Infatti abbiamo fatto bonifico una volta in Italia. Siamo andati via un giorno prima del previsto. Cameriere scortese e molto rigido. Proprietario o direttore invece, ha capito la situazione..si è scusato e si è mostrato aperto.
