In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel für günstiges Geld

Sehr netter Service, ein überaus großes Apartment zum selben Preis wie DZ- toll! Allerdings überall aus den Waschbecken übler Modergeruch. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel- auch leider das Schwimmbad. Dafür aber günstig.

unmittelbar neben der Kabinenbagn in die Berge

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wer nur ÜF gebucht hat, der kann auch am Abend aus der Menükarte sich ein Essen zusammenstellen lassen. Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet, Eine Bar mit einer vernünftigen Auswahl (für die Erwachsenen) sowie einem Kinderspielzimmer (direkt neben der Bar) sind auch vorhanden, Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Netter Hotel in guter Lage

Zimmer war nicht modern, aber Hotel in einer sehr guter Lage, gleich bei Seilbahn. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Schwimmbad mit warmem Wasser. Gutes Frühstück. Bar mit Billard.

Älteres Hotel in das leider nicht investiert wird.

Der Check-In war schon etwas unfreundlich als wir nach einem Parkplatz fragten. Die Antwort: "Ja im Hof oder vor dem Haus. Sieht man doch." war ja schon frech. Als ich dann sagte das dort eben nichts mehr frei sei und ich deshalb nach einer weiteren Parkmöglichkeit frei sei, kam die Antwort von dem Herrn: " Das kann nicht sein.". Das ist dann schon nicht mehr akzeptabe. Erst als ich fragte ob man dann am Parkplatz der Patscherkofel Seilbahn parken dürfte. War das Parkplatz-Problem gelöst. Der eigendliche Check-In bei einer Dame verlief dann angenehm und wir erhielten auch einen Busfahrplan und Infos wie wir am besten zur Olympiahalle kommen. Das Zimmer in der dritten Etage war sauber aber nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Es fehlte jegliche Informationen über das Hotel und auch eine Telefonliste fehlte. Die Fernbedinung für den Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Als wir dies an der Rezeption meldeten, wurde versprochen man kümmere sich sofort darum. Die Fernbedienung funktionierte bis zu unserer Abreise nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, der Kaffee eine grauenhafte dunkle Brühe die wohl schon Stunden im Warmhaltebehälter verbrachte. Das Personal beim Frühstück begrüsste weder die Gäste noch wurde nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Sowas geht gar nicht. Auch der Herr am Check-Out war sehr wortkarg. Das einzige was er hervorbrachte war: " Das Zimmer ist ja schon bezahlt. Dann ist ja alles gut. Auf Wiedersehen." Auch hier keine Frage ob alles in Ordnung war.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht aber die 4 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Es war zwar alles da aber der Speisesaal zB gehört dringend renoviert genau wie die zimmer. Das Hallenbad ist winzig.

Wir wurden vom Astoria Eagles ins Eagles Inn umquartiert, das zweite Hotel war sehr nahe. Wir durften auch am zweiten Tag den Wellnessbereich mitbenutzen.

Perfect for a weekend skiing - very close to lift

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. They arranged taxi, ski hire and lift pass. location brilliant. Communication with hotel before trip very good. We upgraded to half board, food was very nice and great choice. Friendly atmosphere. We also had a large room, with large bath and shower. The room was upgraded FOC

Super hotel, great location.

My son and I had a family room for four nights before Christmas. We had planned to ski in Igls using the nursery slopes right opposite the hotel. Unfortunately with a lack of snow this year we weren't able to make use of the super location to the slopes, but we would like to return to this hotel should the conditions be more favourable. Not to be put off, the hotel staff were extremely helpful in guiding us onto a free bus from the village to the glacier, around 45 mins away, where we had an amazing ski experience. Our room was very spacious and clean. Facilities were great, being positioned along the corridor opposite to the swimming pool advantageous. We enjoyed our swim each day and made use of the sauna facilities, often being the soul guests in the pool. The buffet breakfast was good and we ate two nights in the hotel in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal.

Ski Holiday Heaven

This is the place to stay for a ski holiday! The hotel is literally across the street from the lift and if there isn't enough snow there, then there is a free ski shuttle to take you to Stubai for awesome skiing on a different mountain. There's a ski hire shop two minute's down the road, they have a ski equipment storage room on site that you can use for free, and the airport is less than 20 minutes away (about €25)! The food was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about this hotel! We just got home and already can't wait to stay there for our next ski holiday!

Pas tres contents petit dejeuner ... Le dimanche Desole plus de pain Magasins fermes??? Restaurant service execrable dt tres tres long sommes paris un jour plus tot que prevu malgre que nous avions tout regle à l'avance merite juste un trois etoiles et pas un Quatre desole

Lovely stay, despite no snow

We had a lovely holiday here with our 6 year old son. Even though there was no snow we skied everyday at the glacier via the daily free bus. The hotel staff were very helpful in terms of finding out information about ski lessons at the glacier. We enjoyed the facilities including the swimming pool and sauna. If there had been snow the hotel would had been a ideal location being opposite the ski lifts. Transport links into Innsbruck were also very good with a bus stopping outside the hotel every ten minutes.

albergo confortevole e posizione strategica

volevamo un albergo che ci permettesse di scegliere tra relax e escursioni. la posizione dell'albergo permette di tutto. l'impianto di risalita x le piste sono praticamente d'avanti all'albergo come la fermata dei mezzi pubblici come il parcheggio x l'auto,lunghi sentieri per passeggiate rilassanti, nello stesso tempo all'interno del piccolo paese e a pochi km dalla capitale tirolese. cosa chiedere di più!

Grosse, geräumige Zimmer, grosses Bett, Matratze sehr gut, toller Ausblick auf den Patscherkofel, grosse Terrasse (1. Stock). Freundliches, entgegenkommendes Personal. Schnelles W-Lan. Frühstück Ok. Auf Nachfrage auch Spiegelei, Omelett usw. Leider abgenutzte Möbel, im WC hing die Deckenleuchte nur noch am Kabel runter, Dusche nicht benutzbar da die Tür fehlte, nach jeder Klospülung Wasser im Syphon der Dusche nachfüllen (der Sog zieht das Wasser ab, dann stinkts), Schranktür selbst repariert (dafür dann aber 10€ Gutschrift :-)

Zeer positieve ervaring

Zeer positieve ervaring in betrouwbaarheid van dit familie hotel. De dubbele betaling, doordat mijn zoon en vriendin niet wist dat al betaald was, is terug betaald ondanks dat de eigenaar zich dit niet kon herinneren. Hierbij nogmaals dank. Ook over het verblijf alleen maar lof.
