"This hotel was the PERFECT location for exploring Innsbruck. The scenery was stunning with the mountains behind, plenty of restaurants across the street and bridge, the Golden Roof across the bridge, and plenty of shopping, groceries, and ice cream! And buses. The staff were phenomenal. The lady in the breakfast dining room who seated us was an absolute jewel. There is nothing but wonderful things about this hotel."

"We had such a lovely stay at the Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The views of the mountains from the hotel were truly magnificent, we couldn’t get enough of them and even decided to stay an extra night just to enjoy it all a little longer. Highly recommend!"

"Loved the location - the beds and rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic (hot and cold options). Only critique is the shower does not have a door so you either flood the entire bathroom or have the pressure SO LOW that you think the shampoo will never wash out. But overall, absolutely would stay again - excellent staff, rooms and location "
