"The room was very clean, but the smell of old cigarettes permeated the whole room! There were visible yellow condensation marks on the bathroom ceiling. The furnishings in the room were old, but ok The noise levels were truly awful. I've stayed in other budget hotels on the Gasoline Alley, and this is by far the worst."

"Our room was very clean and well maintained. Lots of toiletries, towels, etc. And the bed....oh..those comfy beds! Fantastic! The Staff was amazing, right from the time we checked-in and checked-out. At the Garden Terrace Lounge, we had a fantastic steak supper. Our waitress was awesome. All the staff had fantastic personalities and were very professional. Any question we asked was answered. A fantastic team at the Red Deer Resort & Casino!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the incredible experience!!"
