"Rooms were so small. No place to hang anything if you are there for more then a week. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was terrible. Had to pay to park at a hotel I'm staying at."

"Excellent, helpful staff. The room was very adequate for our needs. On the downside, bring your own shampoo and conditioner because they only supply body wash soap that you were expected to use on your hair. Might work for the guys, but not for most of us women. Also, the shower area does not have a door, so the handheld sprayer has to be shielded by your body, so it doesn’t spray out into the rest of the bathroom."

"My sister and her don stayed in ooroom and me and my son stayed in another room. Her room was much cooler than mi w. Heat wave and no AC makes for a miserable time. I have to stay one more night in Munich one my return back to the US and I promise I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. It is hotter in this room than outside. Desk at hotel said that was just the way it is. I’m so hit tight now!! I’m typing this at 2am. Don’t stay here unless it is the dead of winter. Too many other nice hotels...

"Excellent breakfast buffet - wide variety and good value "

"Very good location for tourist. Room clean and beds good. However the pillows exposed from pillow case showed excessive drool stains, gross. The rating is because the hotel advertises air conditioning in rooms. It was a very warm week 90’s and the air was not good. All 3 nights I literally had sweat coming off me. For reference I completed an ultra marathon the week prior so that says a lot. Luckily purchased a fan to make night 2&3 sufferable. They should not advertise having air...

"The hotel is amazing as are all the staff that work there. We had zero issues whilst staying at the hotel. The rooms are kept very tidy and cleaned to perfection. The overall tidiness of the hotel is also incredible, absolutely spotless. The rooftop terrace has some amazing views which can be paired with a cold beverage on a hot summers day with the staff on hand to check on you and promptly take empties away.
