"Good location and walking distance to almost everything you need fir a relaxing stay. They have recently renovated the building which gives it nicer look, since I was a repeat guest, they put me in a prime room which was facing the river however, rooms are pretty small and there is not even a chair to sit on in your room. I guess convenience wins over other things in this case. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. "

"Check on was haphazard, staff member constantly rang someone to help get check us in. Key didnโ€™t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "
