"It was great for what we needed. Room was clean and close to a boat ramp. Our dog was with us and had no issues with that. Parking is usually great but we went on popular holiday weekend so it was packed however staff was very helpful with that."

"The staff were very kind as we were checking in. The property is amazing and the rooms clean and spacious! We had a lot to do there with the pool and the Tiki Bar right on the water. Lots of choices of water activities nearby. Such a great location!"

"Room was dirty, bed cover and sheets had food and stains in them, shower and tub was moldy and mildewed, and the bath towels had dark spots in them. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and there was a dead palmetto bug on the floor. The desk attendant the 1st night was nice, but said there was nothing she could do as the housekeeper had left for the night. She left a note for the manager to take care of the issues the next day. We stayed here for 3 nights. The bed cover was changed but that was it. I...

"They now charge for parking. It's a large lot, never full and in the middle of nowhere. but they charge for parking. I'll be finding other options."

"Balcony view was decent, but sadly Cedar Key was hit very hard by Helene in 2024 and has not recovered well. Many restaurants /bars boarded up and for sale. Staff was not there when I arrived at 2:45 so I had a 10 -15 minute wait . Nicest place in the area was Island Hotel, their restaurant and Neptune Bar."

"When we arrived at the Property, They had to find a key because they were out, the pool was out of order, they gave us a handicaps' room, the was nasty the shower was filthy, TV had lines on the screen, no phone service, and very load outside from people talking all time of the night and started again at 7:00am till 9:00am"

"All the rooms are super nice. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were extremely nice and clean. Bathrooms are amazing. Definitely freshly remodeled. Very close to great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend."

Jonathan, the property manager, was very quick with answering any questions we had arise. The pool was clean and very refreshing in the crazy Florida heat. The view of the lake was very peaceful and relaxing."

"We really love this hotel. The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. We could watch the sunset in the evening right in front of our room. Waterfront hotel, easy access to everything yet out of the main hubbub of town. Highly recommend this hotel."
