"We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us."

"I have used this hotel and accommodation for more than 40 years.....only for its location and proximity to the airport. The accommodation is poorly maintained....my most recent visit (room 10) there was hardly any toilet roll in the bathroom...fan controller was broken (very difficult to locate and switch it off on a cold night)....air con unit defective ...just blowing cold air...and there is never any tooth brush/paste in the bathroom."

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout...

"Room was fantastic, and bed was super comfy. Only complaint was that we found out we were near where the pub drops its recycling when we were woken up by the sound of glass being placed in the recycling bin at 6am. But I guess someone has to be near that side of the venue, and the stay was otherwise lovely. Breakfast was great too - way more than I could eat! Definitely recommend the hotel."

"I telephoned and it was disconnected. I went to reception which was under construction and dangerous. When I found someone they walked me back to reception through the mess of construction to pay difference of bill and give me a key. Room was clean and was ok for one night. No chairs. Tiny bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking was not the best. Place is well located to cafes and pub."

"Convenient location. The shower is over the bath and there was visible mould so the tiles need re-grouting / fresh silicone. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, I was unwell so ordered room service as not up to going out. On ordering it said 30mins but was more like 45mins and we ended up leaving it after a few bites as it was like warm at best. I tried to prebook the $20 parking but no one responded so had to pay $30 at the overflow parking. The bed was comfy."
