The hallways had bad oder/very stuffy-musty small and felt dirty. Poor lighting in hallways. We were missing hand towels in the bathroom- there was just two bath towels and one wash clothe. More disturbing was seeing live cockroach running on the furniture. The need to really make some renovation. The staff was nice and courteous.

It was a short stay, front desk staff was helpful. Their hotel policy not the greatest… we are fully paid upon reservation with hotel.com and yet they are requiring us for deposit payment of $100 into our credit card even though they said it will be refunded after couple days! I refused to give my credit card and tell them we are fully paid already!

It's okay, for last minute

Overnight stay due to having layover. Not a first choice but for short stay it worked. The room had an odor and was very dated. No trash can, miscellaneous hair in bath room and bedding. Did not feel rather safe in area.

Check in was easy and friendly. Room appeared to be clean, bathtub was stained and just dirty looking. Cockroaches were seen in the bathroom on the last morning. I was told sorry for the inconvenience. It wasn't an inconvenience it was a disgusting experience that I will never do again.

Very Disappointing.. Location was great... The room was cold.. the Heat did not work.. and its winter.. The TV did not work. Wont go back.. With sites like this,I question Expedia's reason for allowing bookings on this site.

Needs improvement

The building itself is pretty run down and in need of remodeling. It was obvious that the room hadn’t been vacuumed. When I tried to run a bath for my son, the bathtub plug was broken. The pillows were very flat. We forgot to bring our own, which I had planned to do. The bedding was clean and crisp and the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. We definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Even the non smoking has smoke smell pouring in. And whatever is used to wash the sheets has an incredibly strong chemical smell. Bathroom smelled of mold. Sketchy characters wandering around outside. Lady at the front desk was the only bright spot: she was friendly and engaging and very helpful, so nothing bad to say about her! Just the facility and everything about it was very gross

Not so great

The check-in was a very easy process but after getting to the room the room was still dirty there was hair in the bathtub we purchased two beds in our room and only got one towel one hand towel one washcloth the toilet did not work I will not return to this location it's like they went in there and didn't made the beds and didn't change the bed sheets or anything overall terrible!!! Breakfast was ok simple items

id stay here again

I am not sure if they were remodeling the rooms, or just the room I stayed in. It wasn't put together as a hotel room should of been. the breakfast area was clean, and offered a variety of options. The freeways were easily accessible allowing you to venture anywhere in Indianapolis in a matter a minutes. A few places were in walking distance. a few hours before checkout. the electricity went out. but came back in.. Except for the heat, television, and hot water. I hope that got that taken care of. overall I would stay here again.

check in was smooth and easy. after a 9 hour drive we needed to use the bathroom, so that’s the first thing we did when we got to our room, and our toilet was broken. we got switched to a different room with no issues. when we get to our new room, our shower was dirty. there was hair all in the tub, and there was dirt or something else too. our towels were dirty, crusty, and stained. all our bedding was stained, and the sheets didn’t feel clean. thank god we were only there for a few hours at night.

Pass on this place-trust me

This property is in desperate need of a renovation. It is outdated, smelled like smoke, urine, and smelly feet; and looks rough: broken air vent was falling off the wall, scratched up paint on doors, caulking around tiles was grimy. The sheets had yellow stains and cigarette burn holes. Didn’t use the shower because it was so unappealing. Afterwards I discovered that it was built in 1983 and the last time it was renovated was 2001, although the window coverings looked to be original. The staff was nice.

Check in was fine and she was friendly and helpful. No airport shuttle even though the website said it had one. The hallway and lobby were pretty tired looking. The room was beat. Tub/shower probably should have been replaced a while ago. Room wasn’t very clean and didn’t even have a coffee maker. Just needed a place to crash before a flight and this worked but wasn’t great.
