Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. "We had issues with the bathroom sink spraying water onto the wall where the outlet was. Water pressure for the shower was not the best. Needs an updated showerhead. Place was clean and quiet. Overall not bad."
