"The airport shuttle was terrible - it was 90+ degrees and the driver would not turn on the AC, it was SO SO SO hot in that box truck that they call a shuttle. We ended up taking a Lyft back to the airport when we left. We were put in 2 rooms in the "Mezanine" building (which seemed like it was not as nice as the main tower). The rooms weren't great and they put my family on 2 different floors instead of near each other. Staff was pretty nice and the breakfast was excellent."
