In the more recent years, we have opened it up to the public to enjoy our hidden gem as well. The requests for the checkout requirements are consistent with the property's procedures since 1985 and in line with VRBO check out requirements, because we are not a hotel. We would love for you to visit again and if you wish to have a later check out, please let us know in advanced so we can make the arrangements with housekeeping. We apologize for the inconvenience of being relocated to another resort last minute. This was out of our control, however, your upgraded accommodations where just a few minutes from our property with more amenities, dining, and other things the property you originally booked did not offer.

Thank you! Quiet and relaxing are the perfect words to describe our small place! We are glad you chose our timeshare to unwind.

Betty, we are a timeshare resort and do have limited accessibility. Depending on your mobility issues, we do have elevators, 36" wide unit entry doors, ADA height toilets, a ramp to get into the clubhouse, and other things. Our compliancy is listed on our website as required. The resort also has some items available on request such a shower chair, toilet seat risers, walkers, etc. We hope you had a good stay.
