Fairmont Incheon hotels

"I really like this hotel. It appears to be an older hotel, but the room was very spacious . I especially liked the driver to the airport—he was so helpful and kind. My only negative experience was when I came in a bit early and the guy at the front desk was not nice. But when checking out, I asked for extra time and paid $7 an hour, and I was so grateful for that. I would recommend it for a night stay before heading out or if you have a layover."

"Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star. "

"I felt super recharged for my connecting flight after spending a night here. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, as it's only a transit hotel, but the room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful."
