"The rooms are old the AC is old. On Saturday when we arrived at the pool, there was no spots and we could not use the pool. The spots that were open had reserve signs on them. When we tried to sit in one of them, and one women “member” came and yelled at us. Sad place for a family to spend their afternoon. The music at the pool was too loud for our little infant as well. Quite a disturbing place. On top of that they made us pay a resort fee! For what! That pool? Definitely not coming back. We are locals in Naples that live in riverstone community. Our pool in the community is closed this month for renovations, thought we would try this place but was not happy."

"We always book at the Trianon when we are in the area. The only thing I found wanting this visit was the mattress. It was hard and I don’t remember having this before "

"We didn’t have breakfast as our flight was way earlier than the breakfast window. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable. The best part was the window coverings that completely blocked out the light. Never experience this with other hotels. Lovely stay for us. Will book again."

"Bathroom didn’t have enough towels. Roll in shower water went everywhere. For an accessible room for handicap there wasn’t a lot of room to move around with a wheelchair."

"Pool was great, just no dinner , lunch or poolside bar/food available. Get a tiki bar or some service."

"The hotel is dirty, the room smells horrible, the refrigerator was frozen over and not cleaned, everything in the room was old, and the lobby furniture was very dirty. In my opinion, the hotel is under repair—I would never visit it again."
