"The staff was amazing. The restaurant exceeded expectations at every opportunity. The ocean view was gorgeous. Only word of caution.. don't plan to use the gym, it's very tiny, but they do have decent loaner bikes. Will definitely stay again."

"While the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were really nice and accommodating. And the handicapped rooms were spacious and clean, there were definitely other conditions that made our stay very uncomfortable. The room we had, we could hear the music from the lobby. The hotel lost hot water for two days and nothing was said to guests. Just let us figure it out. Not even an attempt to compensate somehow. The sliding door for the bathroom is on the heavy side and tended to roll back open...

"The hotel and the room we were given have seen better days. We ended up in a room at the far end of the hotel which was overlooking a parking garage under construction. The room was spacious but the bathroom was very outdated. It was also adjacent to a very old and noisy elevator. Not recommended."

"We were in the back of the resort that backs up to Gleason Road. There were many people living in their cars on that side of the bay. We had no issues but I think it's important to let quests know that there is homeless people living that close to the resort. Especially for the price we are paying for the suites. Overall, we had an amazing time and most likely visit again, but will be a little choosey about where our room is."

"Great location and a charming boutique hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the thoughtful touch of having coffee and small snacks available on the floor, tucked away in a hidden wardrobe. There’s also more affordable public parking just two blocks away, which was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have a complimentary bottle of water available in the room without any extra charge."
