"The first step into the lobby gave a great first impression-clean, very nicely decorated and it smells great! The staff spoke very little English but did their best and were very helpful. It was very helpful to us to have someone to translate. Also, very helpful to have a translate app on the phone. The area is very close to the train and bus station so it is easy to get to other places. By train, it is a little over an hour from the Nagoya airport. There is a whole dining area an easy walk from the hotel and several small shops just around the corner from the hotel. the rooms are large compared to other places we have stayed and everything very clean. Breakfast is an adventure having both Western and Japanese type breakfast items-all very tasty. It can get repetitive if you are there for more than a few days but itโs not for you, there is a McDonaldโs about a block away. Overall, a very nice stay."

"This hotel set the new standard for my wife to travel to Japan now. It is sit right below Inuyama castle and the hot spring is just perfect after all day out. It's garden (free with room key) is relaxing and tea ceremony (600Yen) was great. The hotel is well designed and the breakfast set (5000 pp) is well worth it. The staff is helpful for dinner reservation, taxi, or guide to local place. The hotel is 8 - 10 min walk to the Inuyama street where you can visit multiple shrines and walk to castle (worth it!). We spent the whole day in that area shopping, eating and take pics. The hotel is also great for pic as well; You can also travel from here to Gifu, Hide, and other area for day trip (note for the 15 min walk to train station or 1200 yen taxi) as it is closer than coming from Nagoya. This is definitely place that we will plan a return visit in future."

"Located around a 10 minute walk from the JR station. The check in/out process was easy. The room was well maintained. Convenience stores are nearby and some decent dining options nearby. Cons is the washer and dryer is not the best. Took forever to dry the clothes...maybe like 1.5 hours to 2 hours to dry a standard load (like it dry and toasty)."
