"Stayed only one night but it was very convenient for a late entry to the amusement park. Despite the check in time of 3pm, we were allowed into the room at 2:30. Room was clean but is a little dated. The beds were comfortable and it was my first experience using a jinbei. Staff were professional. The complimentary water was a nice touch given the summer heat. The breakfast that was included with the package was liked by all."

"Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The spacious bathroom was a wonderful surprise, and the ReFa hair dryer made the experience feel even more luxurious. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Karatsu, I highly recommend staying here, exploring the town, and enjoying the fresh local seafood. We would definitely love to stay here again."

"Breakfast was limited to 1 main choice and allowed one piece of meat, either mackerel , chicken or sausage. The bread was big so we should be allowed to take more proteins. It should not restricted to 1 piece. Other than that, hotel was in a good location nearby to Huis Ten Bosch."
