"The outlets near the bed did not work. The room was ok as far as cleanliness but the sheets seemed stiff, the pillows flat and the bed itself was not comfortable but maybe others prefer a stiff firm bed... all depends on you preference. It wasnt the nicest area. I was alittle concerned about the safety of ourselves and our car. The teens/young adults having a fire in the lawn. Homeless people walking around the property peeking into windows of cars.... So while the price was right i don't think Ill stay there again."

"Because of my son’s club soccer career, my family has had the opportunity to spend many nights in hotels across the country. We have come to enjoy the Marriott and consider them a high-level mid range hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff was great and the room was beautiful, however, the the bathtub was less than par. It had several chips all across the bathtub and simply put aesthetically appeared gross. It was operational and functional, but just terrible to look at. It seemed like it belonged in a motel six rather than the level of expectations that I have experienced staying at the Marriott Bonvoy. I did speak with The desk clerk, and she was very understanding and said that she would have maintenance look at it. I will attempt to attach some photos to show you exactly what I am speaking about."

"House built in 1815, well preserved with wall to wall antiques in every room. Kind and caring hosts who make a great breakfast. Convenient to the US 90 highway."

"When I checked in aside from the check-in staffer, a nice young lady, there was a handyman/maintenance person beside her who was rude kept interjecting into my conversation with the young lady and he was definitely intoxicated, I could've gotten drunk off of his smell alone. This was extremely unprofessional and I was concerned for the young lady's safety as it was late in the evening. I left to a hockey game and came back and he was no longer in the lobby and there was no staff at the desk. Our room was fine, nothing special. The sofabed was uncomfortable and needed better bedding, also there children running back and forth till late. In the morning we went to get breakfast, options were great. Upon our return to the room to get our luggage I noticed that there was snow under the door and the floor was wet. We had not gone outside so it wasn't from us. I open the door amd there was a child with hands full of snow getting ready to throw it at our door again. There needs to be more monitoring of what is going on. I reported this to the front desk staff since the snow melted in to the rug area on the inside of our room. If you want a quiet place to stay I don't recommend this hotel."
