"Amazing hotel. We had the premium room and the view was to die for, truly magical. Plus you get to see the sunrise from the room! Hotel staff were excellent and granted us slightly early check in which was nice. The amenities were great, including superb breakfast as well as the included tea time with amazing cakes. The area around the hotel is super safe and had no concerns walking around at night. In general we felt very safe in Paraty. Pharmacy and a small supermarket are within 2 mins walk....

"stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Way to over priced for what your receive in hotel standard and facilities. Poor customer service from staff. rooms not of high quality and uncomfortable bed. Over charged on check out where another guests charges where billed to my account. I would not stay here again. Much improvement required for this price point and I would really advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel to definitely book else where. Quarto grande, cama confortável, ar condicionado gela bem, mas falta uma mesa com cadeira e o chuveiro é bem fraco. Café da manhã gostoso, variado. A arquitetura é muito bonita, piscina boa, mas precisa de uma pequena reforma e a hidro é um diferencial que vale a pena a experiência. Funcionárias simpáticas e solícitas.
