A simplicidade e a natureza, além da localização bem próxima às praias fornece comodidade e uma ótima experiencia. "Reservado, chegando ao local as 23:00 hs , para a nossa surpresa o Hotel não confirmou a reserva. A recepcionista foi localizada dormindo 30 minutos depois da chegada e falou que não poderia fazer nada. Nem ao menos tentou procurar uma outra opção... mesmo mostrando a confirmação da reserva. Nunca pensem em ir a este local... correm o risco de dormir no carro. Tive que voltar 20 KM para arrumar um local em Itaguá. Decepcionante é pouco......"

"We had a lovely stay at Pousada Recanto. The staff are helpful and the breakfast was impressive, a full spread of eggs, fruit and pastries. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach and a 15 to 20 minute walk into the historic center. Rustic and friendly. "

"I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food."

Zero out of ten!

"DO NOT STAY HERE unless you 1) like being bitten by insects / sleeping in insect repellent, 2) have unlimited data on your mobile phone, 3) have a deep love of cats and/or 4) have a complete disregard of your own health and safety. I've written a more thorough review on Google but a special mention to Hotels.com/Expedia for quickly refunding me for this nightmare after providing photographic evidence. Not one member of staff speaks English or understands the concept of Google translate, they'll verbally reply to you in Portuguese (it's a tourist hotspot so not unfair to ask for some to speak basic English). There are cats everywhere even though the hotel has a no pet policy and WiFi doesn't work in any of the rooms. They put this on their own website (if you Google translate it) but have failed to inform all third-party websites that are selling their rooms."
