"Great hotel. Whilst check-in was a little slow - staff were very professional and polite. The room and balcony were lovely. The hotel’s amenities - outdoor and indoor pool, sauna and rooftop deck were excellent. We had a massage and a facial - what a treat and very relaxing - highly recommend. "Such a beautiful property with a clean and comfortable room. The host was so helpful and made an amazing breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Faro! "

"Hotel receptionist staff are very nice and friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking space is small when they had many guests for the restaurants. We had to park on the back street which was a bit far. Overall as the staff were very nice, that made our stay nicer and comfortable."

"Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. From check in to check out the service was impeccable from the friendly staff. Check in was quick and easy and advice given on where to find free parking spaces near to the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with a large choice. Pool side was great with a delicious day time menu. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. "

"What a fabulous hotel!! Tucked down a side street off one of the pretty cobbled streets in the old part of the city. We were blown away by the decor, welcome, level of service and luxury. I was sorry to leave and will certainly return. Truly a 5 star experience. Thank you!"
