Very friendly staff who made you feel valued and were very attentive, from the breakfast staff to the people delivering my room service and the housekeeping staff. The food was all very tasty too! And it was nice to be given a box of chocolates when I stayed over Christmas. The hotel design and decor was beautiful. The hotel location was great as you’re near the South Bank, St Paul’s and Houses of Parliament. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The Hotel and the staff was excellent. The Breakfast was great with many options and the hours to have a relaxed breakfast was more than fair. Robert who works at the Breakfast restaurant was a great help and great advice for the daily activities. He deserves a raise for sure. The only issue I had was the room type. Your webpage clearly advertised a park view room for my selection. Since this happened before to me through Expedia, the room sold is almost never the room advertised on your site. So it was still a good room but the view was parking lot and some park. So I would definitely stay here again. "
