"The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. "The apartment was fully equipped with everything required. It was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living/dining areas. The television has Netflix, YouTube etc, lots of entertainment to watch. The apartment is very well situated and is close to the bus stops. The rooftop sun trap with an added bonus of of hot tubs. An excellent place to stay for a holiday and would definitely recommend Horizon Suites."
