The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. Communication with the accommodation is only possible via email, and no assistance regarding noise issue was provided. The rooms might look nice in theory, but in practice are poorly executed without any soundproofing. "

"Great location in town. Near many eateries and convenience stores. The house is big and spacious, quite well equipped but very basic. Sleeps 6 but with only 1 bathroom (but 2 toilets), 4 pax is more comfortable. The huge tv is a bonus. We parked right in front of the house so that’s very convenient. "The unit itself was gorgeous! Location was perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk to the main base. Nice coffee shop in the lobby offering grab and go as well. The disappointing aspect was the service. It felt like we were in an Airbnb with no service. Often times you’d pass the front desk and it’d be completely empty. Upon checking in we were not told about parking, resort area, direction, amenities etc. it felt very rushed and do it your own kind of service. They didn’t respond to emails I sent prior to the stay sling for dinner recommendations and room inquiry. The only way to connect with the staff is through WhatsApp. Not a fan of the service and feel like it shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel. "
