"大浴場は綺麗で、広々としていました。館内も素敵で、職員の対応が良かった。場所は、スーパーやまぐち、イチヤマに歩いていける距離で立地は良い。しかしながら漁港との送り迎えがあると助かる。"

"良くも悪くも公営国民宿舎、それ以上でも以下でもない。 地元の観光情報提示がない。手近に見当たらないのでフロントで聞いてみたら観光マップを貰えた。お役所仕事としか言いようがない。 施設が古いのは覚悟の上(トイレ、冷蔵庫なし) 、せめてその分のサービスを心がけてほしい。 レストランスタッフの応対は気持ちよかった。 立地良し、レストランは広くて眺めも上々。温泉も良かった。 (チェックアウト時にアンケート用紙を投函したが、一体誰が目を通すものやら？意味がないように思う)"

"高齢の母を連れての旅でした。 2階とは聞いていたのですが、旧家の階段のため、急で昇降に大変、気を使いました。 宿の紹介に高齢者は階段は注意などの文面を記載して欲しかったです。 また、鍵が開けにくく、フロントではその説明がなく、困りました。 　全体的にフロントの方の説明が簡素だと感じました。 　階段と鍵以外は満足です。"

The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "It was such an amazing experiences. The staff was super nice and the area is so so peaceful. Island is so kind. Everything was bliss. Not much of an ocean view at our spot because the tree covered part of it but still you could see a lot of the ocean and you can easily walk around and see more of it thanks to the park and viewpoints. Love it! Will come back one day."

"We stayed 1 night after the golden week so it was nice and quiet. Everything was wonderful except the dinner buffet was a little disappointment. I stayed a few years ago and also had the dinner buffet and i recall it was better. "

"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "
