Filthy stained floors, damaged paintwork, stained upholstery to chairs, and my dark little room was approximately the size and shape of a coffin, overlooking an unlovely harbour, not a beach as expected"

"高額な割にはホテルのサービスは最低レベルです。朝7時に朝食ビュッフェの席予約をしても1時間待ちで、やっとレストランに入れたら、食べ物も皿もスプーンもなくて、スタッフにもってきてくれるように頼んだら、レストランでは考えられないくらい大きな音を立てて食事や食器を補充していました。 スーツケースなのに部屋に行くには十数段の階段を上らなくてはならないのに荷物を運ぶ手伝いができるほどスタッフの数は足りていませんでした。 数年前に宿泊した時に満足したから今回も利用したのに、利益優先でスタッフの数が不足してサービスがおろそかになってしまった残念なホテルでした。 二度と行かないと思います。 "

"Room 808 had great view, staff were helpful with written English translation of key hotel information, breakfast buffet wide choice with many local foods and a greeter who went out of his way to help us. Our stay was relaxing with a distinct island vibe like in Hawaii. Good value for the price. We will definitely return."
