"The rooms were spacious and clean and the grounds were beautiful. Plenty of parking and an easy drive to Obidos. Luckily we were there on a cool night so the lack of air conditioning was okay but a fan would be nice to keep the air moving. Breakfast was lack luster and the bed pillows could use updating. However, it was a really cute space to stay with a family for a few days"

"Lovely grounds and charmingly decorated interiors. Perhaps not the most comfortable beds (two single beds for my husband and myself) but the ambiance of the place made up for it, and our room and adjoining bathroom were quite spacious. Breakfast was wonderful!"

Initially confused as to where lobby/ check-in is located because of so many Pousada Vila Obidos signs, but once we located the proper entrance, our experience could not have been better. Pedro is an excellent employee, giving us suggestions, answering questions, seeing us walking along the street and ensuring we were doing well later in the day. Walking along the top of the wall is so fun and you must try a ginja!"
