"Amazing hotel! Just missing a private pool, other than that service, cleanness, atmosphere, the bar, the restaurant, all wonderful! My favorite employee not questioned was Helder, what a great bartender, hard worker, he deserves a raise :) Also the Manager Rogerio, so professional and courteous, really nice. The front desk people always smiling happy to help, Julia was so nice and helpful. Room always clean and comfy. Perfect location inside the mall, the best mall in São josé dos campos. I could go on and on talking good things about this hotel. The only thing I missed was a pool, on the rooftop would make absolutely perfect, but I will go back, if I don't stay there I will go to the bar to hangout with the best bartender Helder, Amir was pretty good too! Muito obrigada por tudo! Vcs são the best! Love, Nidia"

"Staff is great. Valet parking is convenient. Breakfast is very good. However, the gym is unusable because ALL of the equipment is broken. Smaller things: the elevator lights/buttons need maintenance. The hotel is starting to look old. Location is good; walking distance from the city center stores. "

"Loved the hotel in general. The bathroom situation needs to get fixed though. The water from the shower doesn’t drain properly. It’s definitely a hotel for one night, before or after traveling. Nothing more. The setup is also very modern, i liked that a lot. The staff is very young and seem inexperienced. They weren’t as accommodating. Also, organizing an airport shuttle would be great."

"The best affordable hotel in São José dos Campos, SP. Near Santos Dumont Park, quick walk or drive to downtown and many restaurants nearby. Free breakfast served until late and one of the best I've seen for the price. Very friendly staff, plenty of smiles. Standard brazilian bathroom unfortunately, not impressed."
