My room was like a small loft apartment. Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool and fitness facilities were good. The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food. Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty. The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything.

Floors in the room have never been mopped. Carpet in the hallway never been vacuumed. We got stomach sick after eating breakfast (which is included as part of your stay).

Check in process was slow. The initial room we have been given had no AC remote, the staff who responded to our call did not bother in helping us regarding this and just moved us to a different room. No factual help provided besides moving us from a room to another after we were already set in the room.

A equipe é muito boa e atenciosa. O quarto está bem envelhecido, muito empoeirado. A TV do primeiro andar troca seis canais sozinhos. Por ser um apto de casal deveria ter pelo menos 2 utensílios de de cada , visto que há uma cozinha, porém só tem uma xícara , nenhum copo, uma faca e não tem pano de prato para lavar a louça . Esse tipo de falta de cuidado me afasta do local. Se vc vai só dormir, é super confortável e bem localizado. Mas se pretende fazer refeições no apartamento, não recomendo.

Muito boa com certeza voltarei

O quarto estava limpo , porém a cama não era tão confortável o flat que fiquei merece uma manutenção, a localização é execelente , os funcionários todos sem exceção muitíssimo simpáticos e atenciosos parabéns, o café estava de acordo com a categoria do hotel.

Excelentes Instalações e Atendimento

Hotel com ótimas instalações, quarto duplex amplo e com itens de moradia (geladeira, cozinha, máquina de lavar, guarda roupas). A escada do flat pode atrapalhar pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Atendimento excelente e café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento cobrado a parte R$20/diária. Localização muito boa, cerca de 800 metros da Rod. Dutra. Ótimo custo benefício!

Muito bom. Parece que estamos em casa.

O hotel em si é muito bom. Limpo. O que deixa um pouco a desejar é a luminosidade do quarto. As janelas laterais não possuem blackout o que deixa o quarto com luminosidade. Dependendo do andar e da localização do apartamento, as luzes dos semáforos atrapalham o sono pois não tem cortina nas janelas laterais.
