"Très belle chambre familiale (en fait un petit appartement puisque la chambre parentale était une pièce àpart) donnant sur la mer avec beau balcon. De l'espace,déco moderne, grande SBD, clim silencieuse. Ces chambres familiales sont situées en contrebas de la piscine : c'est donc au calme. L'hotel lui-même est situé à Ferma (12 Km de Ierapetra : voiture conseillée). Il est fonctionnel et doté d'une belle plage de crique accessible par escalier privé. "We have just returned from staying at Elpida Village. The setting is lovely and the views are stunning. The shuttle bus to the beach was very handy. Our room was great, with very welcome a/c. Plenty of space for our clothes too. My only complaint really was that the shower was far too small and I didn't like the shower curtain. I am an average size person and even I found it difficult to shower without flooding the floor. But that was a minor inconvenience. The staff were lovely and...

"I cannot sing the praises of the River Suites enough! We had a fantastic week-long stay and everything was perfect. The breakfast was brilliant, bar food was just as good, cocktails were top tier and the pool areas were really quiet, clean and relaxing. Also excellent WiFi wherever you are! Our room led straight out to the smaller pool and it was idyllic. The hotel is also walkable to Agios Nikolaos in under 30 mins if you take the route along the beach path, so you're close enough to so many...

"Facilities are new, located in a quiet area, great option if you want a quiet vacation away. The bed very was comfy, the outside pool and private pool in the room ate both great! The staff were very nice and helpful and always smiling. The food menu in the restaurant was overall very good. "

"This property was probably stunning the day it opened. Unfortunately they have not kept up with maintenance, and so it is looking quite dated and feels a bit dirty even though there was nothing wrong with housekeeping. On the plus side, the pools were very well looked after by the pool team, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Great location, but don't recommend the buffet..."
