"We were very surprised as I changed our whole Slovenia itinerary to be able to stay here based on the positive reviews. The staff here are extremely unwelcoming. "Sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, Parkplatz vor der Haustüre und excellentes Frühstück. Die Innenstadt war per Taxi schnell und günstig erreichbar. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Ljubljana sehr gerne wieder."

"Hotel Jezero is the grand old lady of Bohinj. It's been here a while and in some ways it shows (eg room doors are locked with proper keys, not electronically) but it's still a fabulous hotel. Step outside and you're right on the lake, location can't be beaten. The pool and sauna are lovely, the breakfast has a lot of choice and I really appreciated the seeds and fresh and dried fruit options. I got upgraded to a twin room and it was very spacious."

I was upset at this because I feel like I should have been helped first. they came in AFTER I got back down to the desk. so that was my start. the construction noise was right outside...
