Amazing Pool

Hotel Fonte Santa was a great overnight stop while touring Eastern Portugal. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is also a refreshing break on hot afternoons. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it for others.

Vi var på hemresa från Dourodalen. Bekvämt o bra läge. Frukostbuffén lite smal, men välsmakande. Deras kök höll hög klass vilket middagen bevisade.

Bij aankomst (14:00) was de kamer niet klaar en moesten we 1 uur wachten tot die klaar was. Kamer was heel warm en de airco blies warme lucht. Melding gemaakt en ze zouden er naar kijken maar hebben dat niet gedaan. Bediening bij het diner was heel slecht. Pas na een half uur kwamen ze onze bestelling opnemen. Bediening had het te druk met elkaar en met bekende gasten. Het eten was wel prima. 's avonds bij de bar was er geen personeel aanwezig. Het zwembad is prachtig met genoeg plek en bedjes.

O hotel tem boas condições embora precise de algumas obras nos quartos. Camas um pouco desconfortáveis, casa de banho um pouco danificada...mas limpo e arrumado... Outras situações é a nível do pequeno almoço, por volta das 9h já as mesas estavam com louça ou vazias e não eram repostas, só pedindo a alguém ou colocando nos próprios tirando de outras mesas ou sentando em mesas grandes...o pequeno almoço é bom mas podia ser um pouco mais variado para quem la está uma semana. O restaurante é muito caro e não era diverso. Tinha apenas três pratos para escolha no menu executivo e eram os mesmos ao almoço e ao jantar. Os preços do bar um pouco altos. O pessoal da recepção era muito simpático. E no geral a estadia foi boa. Paisagem linda, espaço envolvente espetacular, piscina muito boa, sempre com água limpa, tudo muito bem cuidado.

Sólo estuvimos una noche pero nos ha cundido mucho! El hotel está en un lugar precioso y tranquilo, además no había muchos huéspedes y hemos estado muy agusto. El servicio ha sido estupendo, la comida y el desayuno genial también. Nos dimos un masaje en las Termas y la persona que nos atendió, Rute, fue estupenda. Nos dio un masaje muy relajante. Seguro volveremos!

Trevligt hotell, vackert beläget och med mycket trevlig personal. Tyvärr var städningen på mitt rum vid ankomsten mindre väl genomförd och duschen är placerad i ett badkar, som är smal och hal. Minibaren var tom och säkerhetsskåpet gick inte att låsa.

Fonte tranquila...

Peaceful location for a weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed one night at the hotel while visiting the countryside of Portugal. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel and very relaxing. We enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxing outside enjoying a glass of wine and admiring the scenery. The breakfast was absolutely top notch, with a wonderful assortment of pastries, fruit and healthy cereals such as muesli. Service was excellent. The only thing that could use improvement was the dinner, which was not so good and not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

O primeiro contato, no check-in, foi um sofrimento. Espera de mais de 15 minutos no balcão, em pé, esperando a devolução dos passaportes. Depois, tudo foi excelente na estadia. Quarto, salas de almoço, jardim, tudo muito bonito.
