"The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

Wall behind toilet was stained and looked like some long previous occupant had peed around the toilet not in it (no smell-just old stains). Service for our room got skipped one day, and then on the day we got service some of the towels were taken and not replaced. All minor things, but not expected."
