"Extremely noisy. If we had known we would have asked for a room in the back. The room amenities were at a bare minimum. No flat plates at breakfast- completely ran out . The breakfast itself was good/ decent variety. We stay at Hampton inns all the time & this one was disappointing. The staff were all very nice & helpful."

"Terrible staff very unprofessional. Soon as we went in the room noticed TV wasn’t working floor was dirty and found a condom in our bathroom garbage can. Contacted staff they said they had no more rooms available so they couldn’t move us. My husband still on the phone with front desk and they hang up twice. We immediately contact the corporate."

"I always stay at this property when I’m in town. Staff are always so kind. It is near plenty of restaurants and stores. Great location. "

"2 towels for 4 night stay No cleaning No toiletries Way too soft beds No chair Bathrooms need complete overhaul. Old cracked toilet with oversized seat. Crud, dirt in corners of old tile floors (replace). Needs a Bathfitters insert tub. It did have a big brand new TV $375 for 4 nights Under renovation old motel, MacIntosh Inn, to franchise chain Red Roof Inn. About 80% complete."

"We were not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It feels more like a self service Airbnb as you get your own code emailed to you in advance to get into the building and your room. The place is quaint and well maintained. It provided what we needed - nothing fancy, convenient location. My one and only complaint was the coffee. It’s a basic household 12 cup brewer so both mornings we came down to an empty coffee pot and didn’t have time to wait for them to brew another pot....

"Best part of this hotel is the staff (shout out to T and Sam!!!) and the cleanliness of the facilities. Rooms are so comfy and great layout. Bummer is that I REALLY need decent coffee at my hotels, and this place had no consumable caffeinated coffee onsite!! The in-room coffee maker only had decaf pods (the entire hotel was out -- shout out to the front desk woman who found me one regular pod) and the brew at breakfast was coffee flavored water. I watched all the guests perplexed and then...
