We were eventually moved, only to find the second room was also not set up for three people. When we asked for help, the response was inadequate and added further frustration to an already difficult stay. "This was our first time at this hotel it had been recommended by some friends who are frequent visitors, check in was seamless the reception team really are attentive and are happy to answer any questions. ,We had a superior room which had a contemporary light feel, everything was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. All areas of the hotel was well maintained and clean and all the staff were very friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."
