"Our stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel - Ushuaïa Club entrance included was extremely disappointing, especially considering this was our honeymoon. The most serious issue was a dangerous safety incident: the shower glass door suddenly shattered without any external force, causing cuts and injuries to my hands and legs. This was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. What made the situation worse was the hotel staff’s response. There was clear confusion...

Unica nota negativa: ho soggiornato in una stanza standard con vista sul retro dell’hotel e nel palazzo davanti vi erano dei rumorosi lavori già dal mattino presto: vista l’entità dei lavori sarebbe...

"Great pool and daybeds. Amazing breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Fluffy bathrobes. Excellent gym and spa. Convenient location to Obeach and Ibiza rocks. Stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :) "
