The room was dirty, toenail clippings on the floor. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, and the jacuzzi tub plug was sitting on the side of the drain. People on either side of us were having a loud party and the hallways smelled of marijuana . I asked for extra towels(jacuzzi suite) and was told to go to the front desk. Complained about the loud neighbors and jacuzzi tub not draining and was dismissed by the front staff. And when I say partying, we could hear it through the walls and feel it in the door. Got a “Oh, we’ll look into that.They moved us to another room to only be disturbed at 9:30 by maintenance asking if they check if there are any leaks in our tub. We were both naked trying to enjoy our evening. There hasn’t been a single moment were we could relax here. Drove over an hour for a night away to put up with this b.s. We should’ve just stayed home with the kids. At least there we would’ve dealt with far less BS.
