"A few takeways from our stay: Location: The stay is East of Zion so it is about 27-30 minutes to get to the Springdale entrance of Zion. Amenities: Restaurant on-site available for breakfast at 7 am, lunch, and dinner. S’mores are available at 7-9 pm. Coffee and to go snacks and sandwiches are available starting at 5 am. "Beautiful lodge! Gorgeous views, very spacious room. The in-room fridge was big enough for all our food and drinks! Discounts to the Zion Village stores and restaurants was a huge plus!! Staff was just awesome and super helpful! Perfect place to stay!! They even left us a heart on the bed made of rose petals for our honeymoon, and the chocolate truffles were a very nice touch!!"

"Great location, nice & quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows where perfect for a great sleep. An added bonus was the deer coming around while enjoying the outside property. The Oscar's café and Porters restaurant options for breakfast where great also. Definitely will return to this place when I come back to Springdale for my Zion trip."

"We came here a year ago and it was amazing, the breakfast and pool made us choose this place again. Unfortunately the breakfast was nothing like before. No more excellent muffins, we had to wait for ever the first morning to have omelets, the second morning they took for ever to refill the regular coffee, only decaffeinated and no forks. As for the pool, not once they were towels there. Little things needed took for ever and we had to look for...so disappointed"

"Not sure what the hype is about this hotel; we were pretty disappointed for the cost. The location is good, but the rooms feel dated and drab. The air conditioning unit barely functioned, which made it difficult to get comfortable after a hot day in the park. There was also a strong smell of gas near the back units and laundry facility, likely emitting from the nearby tank. Overall, we were underwhelmed and would not recommend this hotel, unfortunately."

"Everything about the hotel was great. Large pool with plenty of lounge chairs for parents while the kids played under the large fountains. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is only a 2 minute bike ride from Zion National Park. Great stay."

"Upon check in we were told that parking is $20.00 USD per day. Wasn’t very happy about that. I reviewed my Expedia booking and in the information it said parking available amongst other details such as internet provided as well. I rely on the total cost function of an Expedia booking when budgeting/planning and shouldn’t have to dig into the fine print where it says there is an additional al fee per day for parking a car. I’m sure that 99% of travellers into Springdale arrive by car and do...

"The front desk staff could not be more helpful. Natalie was great. The breakfast was bountiful and the staff were buzzing around working very hard to ensure that all folks had everything they needed. The location is beautiful and extremely convenient to the Zion shuttle. The pool are was well maintained and such a beautiful spot to sit an enjoy the views of the mountains all around you."

"Front desk staff Diana was super kind, friendly and very helpful when we realized that we short booked an evening. She made sure we stayed in the same room without moving. Grab-n-Go breakfast was very convenient for the hikers like us, including a sandwich, bagel, yogurt and a fruit in a lunch bag. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city shuttle stop, and the gorgeous sunset view we could enjoy right on the patio."
