"We stayed for one night, it was comfortable and our experience was great, but the only thing I expected better was the shuttle bus, its schedule from Terminal 1 is aweful and it does not run all the time, so not really a reliable shuttle bus. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes then realizing it will not arrive until another 1 hour, we got taxi in the end."

"We were here for a night following a long flight from the US. The shuttle was on time and took 30 minutes to arrive at the hotel. The clerk was very helpful, getting us checked in with 5 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower had great hot water, the beds were great, and it was very quite. We didn't have their breakfast, but went out for coffee and a pastry at The Bake at the subway station next door. We notice several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We would certainly stay there again."
