Excellent half board menu, thanks to Karen and her team in the kitchen, food is varied and beautifully cooked, they make everything onsite, some outstanding baking going on ! "The host met us at the ferry. Explained how to get places and on the last day took us to our excursion. He offered to store our luggage and bring to the ferry later. The place was convenient to everything and clean. I’d stay here again!"
"There were ants in the bed, bathroom etc. We had a couple of rooms and it had ants in both of them. Basic amenities were not present - Shampoo was there but had to call them to get conditioner.
Bell boys were amazing and very helpful, but the rest of the staff was only okay to deal with. AC didn't work in the room for the first night and then had to call someone to fix it the next day.
Overall, avoid the hotel if you can."
