"Rachel was wonderfully helpful at check in and later in answering questions. Room clean and spacious. On second floor (no elevator) but had balcony with wonderful view. "They said our room was brand new remodel. Thats pretty scary then. The ceiling fan was caked in filth and hanging out filth. We turned on ceiling fan and dust fell out. The blow Dryer started to smoke at 10 seconds due to filth in it. Tub looks as if was jetted but now not. Bad cover job too. pd ..."
