Comfortable room, I had not been able to get hold of the property to discuss late check out through their phone or through Expedia but was upgraded to a family suite on arrival. On the whole very nice hotel
Understaffed both check in and checken out. To noise with late night music and screaming childen. Food was average at most. Paper thin walls can hear all your neighbors. To pricey for all these issues.
Achtung. Unbedingt die Premium Zimmern buchen. Auf der Webseite sehen Standard und Premium gleich aus. Die Standart sind aber in einem ganz anderen Hotel. Über die Strasse und Zimmerqualität 2 Sterne weniger!
The room was not yet prepared to receive the customer , wi fi is very week and does not reach the srea of my room , TV wad out of order ,Quality of lunch food is Zero.to ask for late checkout you have to pay LE 150.00

I'm so disappointed, firstly i was waiting more than 2 hrs for my room to be ready take it around 4:15 pm I lost my first day to do anything, secondly garden view it means you will be in not be in the beach front you have to cross a public street to reach the beach
No fresh juice in the all inclusive option, thirdly the was wasn’t have a hot water it was broken no towel robe my room view is a parking lot and car street, the electric plug close to the water heater is broken so I couldn’t use it, it was my first day and my last I will leave tomorrow this hotel.
This place is a 4 to 5 star hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets are delightful. Rooms are nice, the pools are clean and well maintained- a truly American standard.
Der Service war sehr Frundlich, außer der anfang bei anreisen, war ein Systemfehler ( all on oder nur Zimmer),deswegen hat lang gedauert um nach zu kontaktieren ob all oder nur ein zimmer ohne nix

Massive disappointment
We booked for one night me and my wife for wedding anniversary it was not really great experience which I think it was not very nice for our special day . The room it was disgusting hair everywhere dust everywhere and the manor of some stuff they need training them better than that , the whole stay it was not nice at all I think I will not going back again.

Das Personal war allzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Küche im großen Restaurant ist sehr vielfältig und lecker und geht auf spezielle Wünsche (Allergie) ein. Der bauliche Zustand leicht renovierungsbedürftig. Dies gilt auch für das Umfeld des Hotels.
We stayed one night only but, enough to say that the hotel is extremely well taking of. The hotel itself doesn't look so good when your arrive, but the rooms were modern, super clean and spacious with a great balcony. Lovely staff and great choices of food for buffet diner or breakfast. The beach is not the best I have been but, it is OK for a short stay, and it is clean as well. Would stay here again.
Hilton was een zware teleurstelling. Het is een 5-sterren hotel, maar het lijkt eerder op een 3- sterren hotel. Het eten was totaal geen 5-sterren zoals het wel zo hoort te zijn. Als er eten overbleef legde ze dat terug voor de volgende dag. Ook was er best wel weinig variatie. Het buffet was elke dag hetzelfde in mijn 13 dagen verblijf. Men kreeg in dit hotel ook gratis WiFi, maar die was ontzettend slecht. Om de paar minuten werkte het niet en als het dan wel werkte was de verbinding niet goed. Tijdens mijn verblijf waren ze ook aan het werken wat niet bepaald genieten is. Bovendien was er naast het hotel een generator die 24/7 werkte die heel veel lawaai maakte. Ik heb die nachten slecht geslapen. Ik had wel wat meer verwacht van een 5-sterren hotel. Hilton is wereldbekend normaal moet het dan toch wel top zijn? Ik raad dit hotel niet aan.
Outrageous for a Hilton property to have a total ban on any guests to enter your accommodation. This is like a prison or mental institution. My friend from Germany is staying next door and Hilton would not allow him in, even with his passport.
To start, during check in we were given no information about the resort- no map, no explanation of restaurants or pools, nothing.
Then we were given the wrong room... we had paid extra for a view and were given a room overlooking the street. We asked to be given the room we reserved and paid for, and the staff was friendly and accommodating- but in switching rooms we were able to see the rooms were very dated and extremely warm.
The room we were given for so warm, that we had to call multiple times to request a fan (and had made note of 2 other guests asking for fans when we checked in). When we called they would send the staff to “look” at the thermostat and say “good”—but it was far from good- my sister ended up sleeping outside on the balcony for several hours to cool off, as the rooms were easily 10-15 degrees warmer than it was outside.
The showers were not clean, so we wore sandals when we showered. We attempted to speak with a manager, but every time we went to the front desk the manager was not on duty.
In the end, at check out the manager was there and was willing to speak with us, away from the front desk. He let us know they were sorry about the problems and that if we wanted to see the much nicer rooms they had available, they would show us... since we were leaving at that time, this only added frustration.
During our stay we went to neighboring hotels and spent our time there instead- we found alternative facilities in the area much nicer.
