水上樂趣與美食天堂

這次住得太開心了，地方大得像住豪宅一樣舒服！水上設施多到玩不夠，滑水梯和泳池超好玩，開心到不想走！健身中心很棒，設備新又齊全，運動後整個人超暢快。最讚的是大部分食物和飲料免費吃喝，美食種類多到眼花繚亂，自助餐超豐富，甜點飲料隨便拿，吃得心滿意足。服務員親切得像朋友，隨時幫忙。這裡簡直是度假天堂，輕鬆又好玩，強推給想放鬆享受的你！

Magnifique séjour en famille!!!!

Magnifique hôtel avec une propreté irréprochable pour un 4* Accueil très professionnel avec un réceptionniste qui a fait l’effort de tous nous expliquer en français!Très rare ça! Merci! On y mange très bien! Tous les jours une viande grillée, du poisson, des pizzas, des pâtes, des légumes, etc… vraiment très bon. Petit déjeuner complet avec tout ce qu’il faut. (Omelette, crêpes tous les matins, viennoiserie, jus d’orange et jus de melon tous les jours non payant, etc..). Petite précision pour le café, si vous voulez du très bon café, vous devez aller au comptoir, le serveur vous fait un très bon café comme vous le désirez! Équipe d’animateurs magnifique avec un super programme pour toute la journée et la soirée et pour tout votre séjour! Certains parlent aussi français! Le kids club est aussi top avec un très bon programme pour toute la semaine! Les enfants vont adorer! Le point fort de cet hôtel, c’est que vous payez pour un hôtel mais vous pouvez profiter des 2 autres hôtels adjacents. Vraiment, vous êtes libre de vous y déplacer et de profiter de toutes les installations (piscines, resto, activités, tous!!!) Pour accéder à la mer, il faut prendre la navette ou s’y rendre à pied. Cet hôtel a son propre établissement pour les activités nautiques (donc parmi les moins chers)La plage est très bien entretenue et très belle. طاقم الفندق تحسهم موظفين بيعملوا واجب نادرا لما حد بيبتسم و وشك الفندق نظيف و لكن الغرف قديمة بعض الشيئ و تفتفر إالى اللمسة الجمالية الأكوابارك الكبيرة معقولة و لكن أكوابارك الأطفال مميزة الشاطئ جيد في فندق أخر تابع للباتروس الأكل جيد و لكن لا يوجد غير مطعم واحد و الأصناف مش كتير الواي فاي لا يعمل معظم الوقت بشكل عام الفندق مستواه متوسط و يدوب علية 4 نجوم

Having spent a week in the sister hotel (Jungle Aqua Park) before checking into Sea World Resort we were left rather disappointed with this one. The rooms and facilities are rather tired and most of the staff are nowhere near as friendly, that said a few were very good.

Staff is more than good, food is excellent, rooms and restaurant are clean all the time, room service was good. Not all rooms are well furnished. Receptionists and bellmen are totally too slow employees.

Overall terrible experience

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. The food was horrendous to the point that my family and I had stomachaches for almost the whole entire trip. For the price we paid, the quality of the staff, the room and even the snacks were disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Séjour de 15jrs.Aquarium/zoo,excellente excursion funfly(en bateau avec snorkel et dauphins/glass boat corail,poissons/excur snorkel et plage mihmaya)Excursions plongées avec aquarius,Excursion fti Caire+guide francais.Concernant l'hotel pickalbatros sea world:très bien entretenu,personnel de chambre et restauration très agréable sauf réception,sécurité,direction/restauration varié et très bonne/piscine petits chauffé sauf adultes/quartier bruyant en travaux a n'importe quelle heure jour/nuit dans l’hôtel et celui voisin,au dessus des flux aérien aéroport hurghada/ne parle pas français/plage privée non attenante a l’hôtel/accès réception et chambres avec escaliers sans ascenseur/le reste sans escaliers/attention au sous classement en chambre on s'est fait avoir,on a payé le prix fort.Le soir du départ ns avons eu 1 souci au moment de payer à la réception ils ont fait vidé le taxi de nos bagages dans l'histoire un heureu voleur,on ns a volé notre saccoche avec nos appareils photo pr notre plus grand malheur ttes nos photos de vacs,des caméra filment mais rien n'est visible.dsl pr certains personnels si sympathique et le cadre mais fuyer cet hotel!
