Double check if you reserve online.

The night shif clerk wasnt rude but not very friendly. We reserved a room qith Hotels.com for double bed and smoking. (It gave us that option and one of the reasons we chose this establishment). We only got a single bed and no smoking.

The gentleman working when I booked called me to see if I had any special needs. He worked great with me to satisfy. I could of had a nicer room upstairs, but I am handicapped and can't climb stairs. He got me a room downstairs which was rough looking, but I told him it's fine. We only needed a place to lay down.

The gentleman who runs the front desk from 1-9 was the best part of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. There wasn’t really a lot of options for “breakfast” at this location but I mean it’s an Econo lodge. For the price, you get what you pay for. But the nice gentleman who works there really made a difference in our stay.

The guy who worked the front desk was really kind and polite. Anything we needed it was handled quickly and efficiently. There was no issues from any of the staff or the room itself.

Me and my friend booked a room to stay here for rock the south, we checked in late thursday night/friday morning after the concert. we originally booked to stay until saturday but after the weather turned out to be super rainy we decided to check out friday morning and just go home after friday nights concert. i went down to the lobby after packing up that morning and let them know i was checking out, they informed me i couldnt get my second night refunded even though i literally only spent 9 hours total in this room. so i spent 300$ for one night in a at best 2 star hotel, the room we stayed in was so hot when we got in there in took hours to cool down, the bathroom wasnt all that clean either.
