The property just seems to be a little aged. It was kinda smelly like they had water damage and didn’t fix it properly. Furthermore, the air conditioning was barely functioning. I would most likely stay here again but it’d have to be cheaper than paid for my initial stay

I have stayed here before, and I have never been disappointed in my stay. My room is always clean and comfortable. There is a Bob Evans restaurant nearby, as well as several fast food places. Downtown Huntington is not very far away.

Had some trouble at check in. My room was supposed to be ready at 3 and we arrived at 5:30 and still had to wait an half hour for it to be ready. And I lost an extra 10$ wiring money BACK into a different payment method bc the staff doesn’t know what options they have apparently :/ other than that, the food was good, the pool was nice, and the room was comfy. Just wish they knew more about their policies and equipment before they gave me false information

Maid service below par
We were in town for 4 days for a funeral. The front desk ppl were great and very helpful - but I had asked for maid service twice and couldn't get towels, trash pickup, beds service, etc. There was trash left in the hallway by the elevator for days. I was very disappointed that we couldn't get any help.

The property was lovely. They staff was great. Only one complaint --- the pool was very chilly... Even after being in the water for 20 minutes. They need to heat the pool better

Everything was great accept ournroom smelled like smoke when we first got there and so did the hallway. It did dissipate so I'm not sure if someone complained about it.

The facility and staff were great. The breakfast on Saturday was excellent. Sundays not so much. But I believe it was due to the hotel hosting a high school football team Friday night. It’s hard to imagine how much a bunch of hungry teenage male football players can consume if you’re not use to hosting that type of crowd. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely use you facilities again.

Nice location. Limited but helpful desk staff. Comfortable beds and rooms. Only concern is lack of USB ports in my room. Otherwise, a very nice stay.
