Roof top bar has great views of the city and st.josephs cathedral. Spa and massage services also very good. Hotel is located in a very central location with access to all sights and amenities. No traffic noise experienced on the 9th floor."

"What an amazing find this hotel was. A local friend recommended this hotel to my wife and me. I trusted his judgment and booked. We have been here more than a week. While we have stayed in Hanoi's exclusive hotels, costing much more money in the past, the Royal Palace has been much more satisfying. The hotel is on a quiet side street in the Old Quarter, but just a few minutes walk to the excitement of shopping and eating. The most noteworthy comment is the friendly and interested staff. Paula wasn’t feeling too well one morning and Benny in the dining room went out of his way getting herbal drinks for her and even sending some to our room that night. Thomas and Jeremy and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew where we were going and on our return would have drinks ready for us , much appreciated in the heat.
