"I paid for a bay view and my view was the parking lot and palm trees literally touching my balcony. I’m so beyond upset over this as well as the parking on this property is a joke. Do not pay $300 plus a night for this place"

There was a little trouble with the key cards on the outside doors - one door did not work at all, and the other worked only after many many repeated swipings of the card. I hope you can fix this problem soon. Otherwise - an excellent place to stay. Breakfast was also much appreciated! See you next year :)"

"The staff were great, Lourdes the housekeeper was the sweetest! Definitely wish the bar was open a tad later as we were hosting a post wedding reception crew…but other than that, beautiful location and great service."

"NO WAY a 3-star hotel. The place is so dated and screaming for a renovation especially for a DoubleTree. The bathroom is old. Furniture is so worn. It has a motel look and feel."

"The AC was not functioning and no one was notified after booking to give people an opportunity to rebook somewhere else. My room was then switched to a room with a portable AC unit that was duck taped to the window and kept falling off. The window had to be opened the entire time which let in a bunch of noise. However it was clean and the balcony and courtyard was well maintained. The food in the restaurant wasn’t the best either but it was quick for a small kitchen."

"Room was very clean and smelled good😊… a few recommendations: Bathroom was very small with small vanity area needed a little more space … maybe put a mirror up above the desk it would have been very helpful 😊 Air conditioner needed to Not be right next to bed … bed blocked air to entire room maybe put beds on otherside of room .. Room 123 was right next to exit door … people opened and slammed it shut all night every night … maybe at night make it an emergency exit only door only after...
