"Pros: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The hotel feels much more upscale and luxurious than the U.S. locations of the same brand. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service throughout the stay. Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the nearest subway station, so getting around on public transportation takes a little extra time. The lap pool has several strict rules that may not appeal to everyone. The pool staff begin asking guests to leave before the official closing time, which makes the experience feel a bit rushed. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with comfortable accommodations and outstanding service. If you don't mind the longer walk to public transit and the stricter pool policies, it's a great place to stay."

"Be Aware Before You Book Communication can be challenging, as many staff members have very limited English skills. Be prepared to bring plenty of patience. At times, it may be difficult both to understand and to make yourself understood. The hotel's restaurants are not bad at all—the service and food are good—but the prices can feel absurdly high when compared to restaurants of a similar quality elsewhere in the city. Consider using them only as a last resort. That said, the hotel itself is excellent. It is very well located directly across from the Convention Center and offers a great combination of quality and reasonable room rates. Highly recommended, provided you keep the above considerations in mind."
